Property Improvement Requests for Architecture Board Review & Approval
The HOA appreciates that you want to invest and improve your property. We don’t want to discourage owners from improving, but it is our responsibility to ensure all changes and improvements are done within the Amberwoods Restrictions and Palm Beach County Code. Improvements and changes are large, expensive projects, so it is important to request Board approval before starting any work.
